1. Content creation

• Edit our podcast content, from short Instagram and TikTok clips to full length episodes.
• Create short form videos that reach millions of dance music fans.
• Translate music and festivals into edits that make people stop scrolling.
• Help define and evolve the beFesti editing style.

2. Beyond the screen

• Experience festivals and events, including backstage access with DJs.
• Collaborate closely with a young, creative and ambitious team.

3. Room to grow

• Become a goated video editor by working on content with real reach and impact.
• Take ownership over edits and creative projects.
• Grow into a key creative role within beFesti with long term perspective.

What are we looking for?
